Welcome to Stillwater Habitat for Humanity

This Website is for you, whether you are a potential partner family, volunteer, board member, resident of Stillwater, Oklahoma, or just someone curious about Stillwater Habitat for Humanity. We hope your questions are answered within these pages but if they aren't, please feel free to contact us and we'll try to get an answer for you.

Most people know that Habitat for Humanity builds homes for families in need but here are some things you might not know about the Stillwater affiliate:

• Our first meeting was in January, 1990.
• We are currently building our 13th Habitat home in Stillwater, with plans to build 2+ homes every year.
• In 2005, we celebrated the first child from one of our partner families to graduate college.
• We produce two newsletters each year, one in the spring and one in the winter.
• Partner families perform a certain number of "sweat equity" hours, representing their physical and emotional investment in the mission of Habitat for themselves and others in our community.
• We have an active OSU chapter who are fundraising to build homes for Katrina victims in Slidell, La. during Spring Break.
• YOU have a skill that we can use. Discover the joy giving back can bring to your life.
